By submitting or transmitting content (“User Content”), you grant FundForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

You affirm that you own or have the rights necessary to share the content you upload.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, law, or community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with FundForge.net—including trademarks, design elements, software, logos, text, and other proprietary content—is owned by or licensed to FundForge.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing access, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees

Provide valid billing details

Permit authorized payment processors to charge your payment method

Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable.

We may modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FundForge and its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Damages arising from unauthorized access, downtime, errors, or disruptions

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to FundForge in the 12 months prior to the claim (if applicable).

Some jurisdictions limit liability exclusions; in such cases, the limitation applies to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FundForge from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts

ACH Payment Authorization Agreement:

1. Authorization for ACH Debits
I hereby authorize Fund Forge dba Titans Consulting Holding LLC, and its designated payment processor, to initiate electronic debit entries (ACH withdrawals) from the bank account I provide for the purpose of paying fees, invoices, subscriptions, or other amounts owed under my agreement with the Company. I also authorize the correction of any erroneous debit or credit.

2. Recurring Payments (If Applicable)
If my payment plan includes recurring charges, this authorization permits Fund Forge dba Titans Consulting Holding LLC to debit my account automatically on the schedule disclosed at the time of enrollment (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). I understand that the amount debited may vary if authorized fees change, and I will be notified as required by law.

3. Sufficient Funds & Returned Debits
I agree to maintain sufficient funds in my account to cover each debit. I understand that returned or rejected ACH payments may result in additional fees, which I agree to pay.

4. Revocation of Authorization
I may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice to Fund Forge dba Titans Consulting Holding LLC at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit. Revocation may affect my eligibility for services or require alternative payment arrangements.

5. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all bank account information I provide is accurate and that I am an authorized signer on the account.

6. Compliance With Laws
This authorization will remain in full force and effect until I revoke it in writing, as described above, and will be handled in accordance with NACHA rules and applicable federal and state laws.

7. Electronic Signature Consent
By checking this box, I agree that my action constitutes an electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
